We found out this roof has theese leak marks because the builders didn't install valley metal, as you can see garland.
This giant 2 story roof was a 88 sq in all, it was steep, and the presidental singles were heavy. Customer had a wood shake roof that we removed, we were also glad to install cool ply for that texsa heat. lastly we did install seamless gutters colleyvile.
Every few years make sure your rubber, lead or plastic are maintained and keep your silicone fresh.
Unfortunately this Dallas home flashing and roll roof didn't keep water out, after doing a leak test our problem was sealed.
